Established in 2020, the School of Private Law brings together leading scholars and legal practitioners who contribute to the development of Russian private law. It provides education at the standards of the world's leading universities, combining rigorous theoretical instruction with the analysis of legal practice. The School offers Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programmes, actively engaging students in academic research, project-based learning, and practical legal training.

School of Private Law Hosts Meeting of the Private Law Club
The inaugural session featured presentations and discussions of the following research papers:
- Anna A. Onyanova (Law Programme, fifth year): Producer Liability for Defective Products in French Law;
- Kristina S. Yurkova (Law Programme, fifth year): Tort Claims Brought by Public Law Entities;
- Dmitry V. Lavrenov (Law Programme, fifth year): Liability for Causing Insolvency through the Lens of Remedy Law;
- Ilya D. Artemyev (Master's Programme Contemporary Private Law, second year): The Concurrent Application of Tort and Unjust Enrichment Claims in Russian Law;
- Luka G. Zurabiani (Master's Programme Contemporary Private Law, second year): The Concurrent Application of Tort and Contractual Claims.
The new meeting format provides students with an opportunity to present the results of their research, engage in scholarly discussion with faculty members and fellow students, and exchange views on current developments in private law.
