Professor Alexander A. Vishnevsky, Doctor of Law and Professor at the HSE School of Private Law, participated as an expert in the panel discussion "Digital Financial Markets: Who Will Protect the Consumer?", held as part of the 14th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

The discussion was moderated by Alexey Guznov, State Secretary and Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia).
