HSE University’s School of Legal Regulation of Business was established in 2020. It provides instruction in academic areas covered by the Faculty of Law: private international law, corporate and business law. Currently, the school employs more than 80 highly qualified specialists in various fields of law, including private international law, Russian and international corporate law, and Russian business law.
We are focused on teaching legal disciplines at the University at the same level as the world's top universities, taking into account the specifics of students’ curriculum at various degree programmes. The school is actively engaged in the provision of several undergraduate and graduate programmes at the University.

Elena Viktorovna participated as a speaker in the discussion panel "Cross-Border Insolvency". The panel discussed current trends in the legal regulation of cross-border insolvencies and the development of new instruments in this area, issues of opening main and secondary (local) proceedings in Russia, protocols on cross-border insolvencies for groups of companies, subsidiary liability in foreign jurisdictions and secondary (local) proceedings, access to foreign assets of the debtor, criminal law aspects arising in connection with cross-border insolvency.
