Russia Is Looking For Investors Among The Pharmaceutical Companies
The government took another step to encourage investment through public procurement. Rossiyskaya Gazeta Russian newspaper published an article by Anna Dupan, Director of the HSE Institute of Legal Regulation.
In July 2016 amendments to the Contract System Law were adopted by the Russian government to encourage foreign pharmaceutical companies to allocate their production in Russia. The state guaranties of a steady demand are expected to serve as a significant incentive. Anna Dupan points to the positive impact of this legislation as well as the aspects that need improvement.
