Семинар на тему ‘International Regulation of Cybersecurity – New Paths and New Problems’

Мероприятие завершено

Due to the globally increasing number of cyberattacks, legislators in various countries have committed themselves to increase legal regulation of cybersecurity. But what exactly are the laws, and where are the limits of legal regulation? In addition to the regulations in the EU, the question of the extent to which national and regional laws can influence the activities of companies and states worldwide will be raised, particularly with a view to China.
