Check into a dorm

In 2022, the settlement of 1st-year undergraduate students will be carried out in accordance with the new The procedure for providing places in the HSE dormitories, approved on 31.01.2022. In 2022, the first-year undergraduate students will be settled automatically through the applicant's Personal Account.

Places in dormitories are provided only to students enrolled in full-time programs and who do not have registration in Moscow or the Moscow region within the 8th tariff zone of the Russian Railways. The number of available places in dormitories, which will be distributed among first-year students, is published annually until July 15 on the website.

After the order for enrollment is issued, print out the direction for settlement in the applicant's Personal Account (if you indicated the need to provide a hostel in the application for admission).

In the direction of settlement , the following are indicated:

 ☑ date of check-in to the dorm;
 ☑ dorm address and room number;
 ☑ directions;
 ☑ contact person responsible for the check-in.

- When? Check-in to the 1st Year bachelor's dormitory will be held from August 25 to August 27, 2022.

If you do not arrive at the hostel within the specified time, your referral will be canceled.

When checking into the hostel, it is mandatory to have the following documents:

 ☑ passport (identity document);
 ☑ a copy of the passport with registration on one sheet;
 ☑ medical certificate on the absence of contraindications for living in a hostel (form 086u);
 ☑ vaccination certificate;
 ☑ Medical insurance policy / VMI policy.

For international students

The distribution of places for settling in the HSE dormitories is carried out through the Personal Account of a foreign applicant.

Access to the "Dormitory" section in the personal account is possible after filling in the "Consent to study" sections and the recognition procedure completed, but not earlier than August 20, 2022.

At the time of arrival for training, you will already be assigned a place in one of the dormitories of the university.

You need to download the direction for settling in the hostel in the Personal Account of a foreign applicant, print it out and bring it with you to the hostel.

When checking into the hostel, it is mandatory to have the following documents:

 ☑ passport (identity document);
 ☑ a copy of the passport with registration on one sheet;
 ☑ medical certificate on the absence of contraindications for living in a hostel (form 086у);
 ☑ vaccination certificate;
