About the School

The School of Digital Law and Bio-Law was established in2021 and brings together highly qualified specialists - practicing lawyers and teachers with extensive work experience.

The School is actively engaged in bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral and continuing education programmes in jurisprudence at the HSE Faculty of Law. Teachers offer classes, conduct basic and applied research projects, as well as run master classes for undergraduate and doctoral students on digital, bio law and related intellectual property issues. Beginning in the first year of study students are engaged in research with School teachers on topics of common interest.

Our teachers and doctoral students are actively engaged in research, publish articles in leading peer-reviewed journals, present at scientific events, and supervise doctoral dissertations and students’ term papers and theses.
