The RAA25 seminar "Arbitration of M&A Disputes" was held last Thursday, November 14. The event was dedicated to the problems and solutions of arbitration of corporate disputes (including disputes arising out of M&A transactions) and experience of Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) andHong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) in this field. The speakers also discussed some coaching tips related to the career building of young legal professionals.
