HSE University Faculty of Law representatives participate in BRICS Legal Studies Summer School in Brazil
From July 27 to August 1, the Federal University of Minas Gerais hosted the BRICS Legal Studies Summer School in Belo Horizonte (Brazil). The event brought together professors, postgraduate students, and students from Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, the UAE, and other countries. The 2026 program focused on in-depth study of the founding BRICS states legal systems: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.

During the talks, the parties discussed potential avenues for developing scientific and educational cooperation in the field of law, student and faculty participation in academic mobility programmes, as well as prospects for representatives of the Moroccan university to enroll in continuing professional education programmes offered by the HSE Faculty of Law.

The HSE Faculty of Law and Hanoi Law University discussed scientific and educational cooperation, including the Vietnamese university’s potential membership in the BRICS Law Schools Consortium and participation in HSE’s professional education programmes. Both sides agreed to plan joint activities to develop the partnership.
