In issue № 4 of the journal "International Justice", the article was published by the research associate V. V. Starzhenetskiy and S. Ochirova on "The impact of sanctions on the resolution of foreign economic disputes: the preservation of the status quo or the search for alternative jurisdictions?". The authors consider the negative effect of sanctions on the resolution of foreign economic disputes, which consists in a number of aspects: the blocking of bank accounts, the risks of personal liability, restrictions on entry, the unenforceability of decisions, and the lack of real access to justice. This impact is considered in the special context of recent changes in the Arbitrazh Procedure Code, which put the parties to the dispute before the choice of maintaining the status quo or transferring the dispute to another jurisdiction.

Previously, on the basis of the laboratory, the discussion of this article was held with the participation of invited experts.

We congratulate the authors and wish them new achievements in the scientific field!
