International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Evolution of Family and Inheritance Law"
Dear colleagues!
We invite you to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Evolution of Family and Inheritance Law" to be held on October 21, 2022 at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
During the conference, it is planned to hold a plenary session on the declared subject and breakout sessions on topics:
- Novels of inheritance law
- Prospects for the development of family law
- Family and inheritance law through the prism of intellectual property
- Dialectics of family, inheritance and corporate law
The conference will be held in a mixed format. Russian and foreign scientists, lecturers from leading universities, practitioners, post-graduate students and students are invited to take part in the conference.
Participation in the conference will be confirmed with a Certificate.
Participation conditions
To participate in the conference, it is necessary to register until September 12, 2022 (inclusive), fill in an application and attach abstracts performed in accordance with the requirements (Appendix 1) on the website of the NRU HSE Faculty of Law at the link:
All abstracts that meet the formal requirements should be taken for blind peer review. A positive decision to present a report at the conference will be made only if the report corresponds to the subject of the conference and the requirements of scientific character.
It is planned to publish a sourcebook following the results of the conference, provided that the text of the report is submitted in accordance with the requirements (Appendix 2). The text of the report must be sent to the email address: private_law@hse.ru
