'Law in the Digital Era'

The International Laboratory for Information Technologies and Intellectual Property Law of the Higher School of Economics is happy to invite all interested parties to take part in its 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Law in the Digital Era" to be held on 21-22 October 2019.

The goal of the conference is to discuss legal issues in the digital economy and to generate proposals for further legislation development.

The leading Russian and international experts, lawyers, scientists and practitioners are expected to make presentations during the conference. 

During plenary/sectional sessions the following points will be discussed:

• Law in digital era: doctrine and practice
• Data circulation: areas of legal regulation
• Platforms: legal aspects of creation and operation
• Copyright in digital era
