International Laboratory for Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE) announces the contest for participation in the VIII International Summer School on Cyber Law (ISSC 2019).
VIII International Summer School on Cyber Law will be held on July 1-5, 2019 in Moscow, Russia.

International Summer School on Cyber Law is a unique event that brings together young lawyers in the field of IT and IP Law. At the School the participants discuss the most topical legal issues of the Digital economy: Intellectual Property Rights in the Digital Era, The Platform Economy and Liability of Online Intermediaries, Data Protection in national jurisdictions. ISSC is a forum for discussing practical and theoretical issues of cyber law in countries with different legal traditions and cultures.
Participation in the International Summer School on Cyber Law is a wonderful opportunity to establish professional relationships and to plunge into the atmosphere of science, master the skills of scientific debate. The event will take place in the center of Moscow, so participants will be able not only to join the scientific community, but also to see the sights of the Russian capital.
The program of the ISSC comprises lectures, workshops, case study, presentations of participants on topical issues. It also includes visits to the leading companies in the field of IT and legal firms specializing in legal regulation of the information environment.
