Laboratory's Research-Assistant Was Awarded in the Scientific Conference "Science Days of the HSE Faculty of Law"

Dmitrii Shchetinin, research assistant, was awarded in the "International Law" section. He presented a study on "Debtor-state relations as a ground to refuse enforcement of foreign arbitral awards" topic.

Dmitrii Shchetinin, research assistant of our laboratory, presented a part of his research related to recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in the Russian Federation. Dmitrii is studying interconnections between the legal status of the debtor and its' role for the Russian Federation. Both of these factors affect the Russian state courts' approach to future recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards against the debtor.
