Gratitude of the Ministry of Economic Development to the intern researches of the Laboratory

The intern researchers assisted the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCTIRAL) in preparing the documents for Working Group III. In particular, Sergey Korotkov, Maria Karpenko, Vadim Absalyamov, and Anna Gerasimova translated from Russian into English the comments made by the Russian Federation to the draft code of ethics for arbitrators considering investment disputes, as well as to the draft documents on the appointment of arbitrators of investment tribunals in the appeals mechanism. The work of the NUL staff was highly appreciated by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation: the head of the Laboratory, Daria Sergeevna Boklan, and all the intern researchers who took part in the work received a commendation from the Ministry.
