Scholars of the International Justice Lab Have Co-Authored a Chapter in the Elgar Encyclopedia on International Economic Law
Head of the International Justice Lab Vladislav Starzhenetsky and research fellow Yury Rovnov have co-authored a chapter on the implementation of international economic law in the national law of the Russian Federation, which appeared in the second edition of the Elgar Encyclopedia of International Economic Law.
The chapter was also co-authored by professor of the Department of International Law Daria Boklan, PhD student of the Department of International Law Vadim Absalyamov, professor of the Department of International Law of the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade Ilya Lifshits and by attorney-at-law David Kitsmarishvili.
The second, expanded edition of the Encyclopedia includes chapters on the implementation of international economic law in the legal systems of around one hundred states. Each chapter discusses country background, regulation of international trade, protection of foreign investments, international legal aspects of domestic financial and tax regulation.
