The School of Criminal Law, Legal Process and Criminalistics (previously, the School of Court Proceedings and Criminal Law) was established in 2020 and carries out educational and scientific activities in the areas that constitute the national justice systems in Russia and in foreign countries (organisation of the judiciary, law enforcement agencies, all types of Court Proceedings, execution of court decisions) or are closely related to them (criminal law, criminology, forensic science). In addition, the School's interests include non-governmental systems for the protection of rights and settlement of social and legal disputes (bar, notary, mediation, arbitration courts).
