On December 15, 2021, the first Animal Law Workshop webinar on the "Introduction to Animal Ethics" was delivered by prof. Tomaž Grušovnik (Univerity of Primorska, Slovenia)

We are happy to announce that you can find the long-awaited issue of the Journal with articles of the Workshop participants and guests on the Animal Law Workshop website in the Animal Law Journal section

The first part of the webinar was devoted to organizational issues: presentation of the topics and partners of the Workshop, types of activities and works in the Workshop, reporting, and evaluation. During the second part of the webinar, the participants discussed the nature and contents of animal law, its relation to such concepts as animal rights, animal ethics, and animal welfare, and to such fields as environmental law. They also touched upon the animal legal personality discourse and the problem of demarcation in animal law
