Researchers of the International Laboratory for IT and IP Law, HSE, discussed prospects for regulation of information security and data protection in Russia, Norway and the European Union with colleagues from the Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law (NRCCL), University of Oslo. Among the issues raised at the symposium there were topics relevant for both Russia and Norway.
