“The Law and Policy of New Eurasian Regionalization” book edited by the Faculty of Law Associate Professor Anna Aseeva, and PhD, LLM Jędrzej Górski has been recently published by Brill Nijhoff (https://brill.com/view/title/59560).  

Students of the Master's program “Law of International Trade, Finance and Economic Integration” Vadim Absaliamov, Ramin Babayev, Valeria Butyrina, Yulia Dragunova, Alexandra Shestakova and Alexandra Shishkova pulished in this book. Several chapters have also been written by HSE scholars Dmitry Davydenko, Alexander Korolev, Anastasia Likhacheva and Kirill Entin.

The book is devoted to the Eurasian regionalization. From the interdisciplinary approach it analyses various issues of International law – interaction between the investment law and human rights, international commercial arbitration, international trade law and sustainable development.  

The Brill Nijhoff publisher was established in 1853 in Leiden, the Netherlands, and today it is one of the most respected publishers in the field of International law.
