The third issue of the journal includes articles devoted to acute theoretical questions of modern international law, such as the recognition of governments and the operation of the principle of sovereignty in “cyberspace”, as well as topical practical problems, including the domestic climate litigation, the search for ways to resolve the case of NSD and criteria for determining moral damages in international investment arbitration. In addition, the issue contains an analysis of the European Union Energy Union mechanism and a commentary on the Judgment of the International Court of Justice On Certain Iranian Assets.
