The first issue of the journal for 2025, published under a new cover, offers readers a continuation of the publication on the protection of foreign investments in the context of armed conflicts, as well as an article on one of the most pressing issues on the international legal agenda - the regulation of lethal autonomous weapons systems. A review of the ongoing discussion on the fragmentation of the Internet at the UN, as well as a scientific article on the legal qualification of IT-specialists in accordance with international humanitarian law are also devoted to the topic of information and communication technologies. The issue also includes a theoretical paper on gratuitous economic aid in international law and a commentary on the EU General Court’s case concerning the annulment of restrictive measures prohibiting the provision of legal advisory services to the Government of Russia and Russian-based entities.
