In particular, the issues following issues will be discussed: ISDS and international investment law in general; regional trade agreements and Belt & Road Initiative’ China’s new attitude towards international law, and etc.
Professor KONG is the Dean of the Faculty of International Law of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, and the editor-in-chief of The Chinese Journal of Global Governance. Specializing in international economic law, WTO law and China issues, he has published more than 50 articles in international journals.
