Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) International Arbitration Moot

We are looking for you if:

• You are interested in developing and perfecting legal writing & oral advocacy skills; 
• You are ready to devote most of the spring, summer and autumn 2023 to the intensive preparation (the deadlines are every week!);
• You are fluent in English;
• The knowledge of international investment law is an advantage.

1. Read the case carefully.
2. Write a short memorial either for Claimant or for Respondent (you may choose the side) on ONE of the four issues located on p. 79-80 of the Problem (Procedural order No. 2, p. 82-83 of the PDF file).
3. Submit it to the following email address Fdihsemoscow@gmail.com by 23.59 on the 5 of March 2023❗️
4. Please also attach your CV (including any mooting experience, courses on investment arbitration, etc.).

Authors of the best memorials will be invited to the oral round consisting of a short pleading and an interview soon after the submission.
