Chinese Business Law

Level of study: Bachelor, Master

This course targets not merely at providing international students with a glancing overview of Chinese business law, but focusing on elaborate discussion, research and explanation based on abundant legal resources of Chinese business law, i.e., relevant laws, regulations, rules, policies and jurisprudence. Particularly, this course attaches great importance to authentic cases and data resulting from Chinese legal practice of business laws, a thorough study of which would offer international students helpful guidance to comprehend the intricacies of business laws in the context of Chinese legal regime. Briefly, apart from laying concerns for existing legal provisions, doctrines and principles, this course aims to guide students into a profound analysis of methodologies with which to anticipate feasible tendency where Chinese business legal regime would be oriented, which, to international students, is more than worthy to learn.
