New English-language program «Russian Law» for Russian and foreign undergraduate and graduate students

The program contains two modules, each designed for a semester.

It is possible to select one or two modules. The program will focus on topical issues of development of the Russian legal system at the present stage.

The curriculum will include such unique disciplines, as:

"Russian Legal System and Legal Tradition",

"Russian Constitution as an Ongoing Project: a Problem-Oriented Approach",

"Labor and Migration Law: Russia in the Global Context"

"Russian Property Law"

"International Commercial Arbitration in Russia and Global Perspective" and others.

Some of the best lecturers of the Faculty of Law with international experience and reputation, such as A.K.Soboleva, M.A.Filatova, A.A.Vishnevsky, I.A.Alebastrova, E.S.Gerasimova and others will be involved in the program.
